Issues
I am running for the Huntersville Town Board to create a welcoming home for families of all backgrounds in our beautiful town. These are my top issues for the city:
1) Accelerate targeted road projects by getting them shovel ready to relieve traffic backups
2) Prioritize greenways and bikeways that connect our neighborhoods and business centers to create a walkable community
3) Uphold the Huntersville 2040 Community Plan that envisions central development while protecting rural outlying areas to manage growth and development
4) Expand funding for our police and fire departments to support first responders who keep our community safe
5) Address the issue of workforce housing so everyone has a place to live in our community
6) Adopting the non-discrimination Ordnance.
